• Enquiry data: name, phone, email, company, industry, budget range, and project requirements when you request vault access or contact us.
• Consent records: timestamps and choices for DPDP processing and optional marketing contact.
• Technical data: basic server logs, cookies (see Cookie Notice), and analytics if you consent.

2. Purpose of processing

• Respond to your enquiry and share relevant brochures, portfolio proofs, and proposals.
• Provide services you engage us for (marketing, web, consultation).
• Comply with law and protect our confidential client materials.
• Send service updates only if you opt in to marketing contact.

3. Legal basis & consent

We process personal data based on your consent (enquiry form) and legitimate business interest (responding to commercial enquiries). You may withdraw consent by emailing social@prdigitalsolutions.com.

4. Data retention

Enquiry records are retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted unless a client relationship continues. Vault download links expire after 7 days.

5. Sharing & confidentiality

We do not sell your data. We may use processors (email hosting, analytics) under contract. Confidential performance dashboards in our Resource Vault are shared only after verified enquiry and must not be redistributed without written consent.

6. Your rights (DPDP)

You may request access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and nomination by contacting our Grievance Officer. We will respond within statutory timelines.

8. Security

Vault assets are served via signed, time-limited links. Direct PDF URLs are not indexed. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

9. Children

Our services target businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
