By using this website or engaging PR Digital Solutions ("PRDS"), you agree to these terms. Specific project scope, fees, and deliverables are defined in your proposal or contract.
Resource Vault & confidential materials
Brochures, ad dashboards, pricing plans, and performance proofs shared through the Resource Vault are confidential and for your evaluation only. You may not copy, publish, or share them with third parties without prior written consent from PRDS.
Payments & refunds
Given the digital and labour-intensive nature of custom marketing, web architecture, and consultation, payments are non-refundable once work is initiated and resources are allocated, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide timely assets, ad account access, approvals, and accurate business information. Delays may affect timelines and outcomes.
Performance disclaimer
Marketing results depend on market factors, offer quality, sales follow-up, and platform policies. Past performance in case studies does not guarantee future results.
Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise, PRDS retains IP in frameworks, strategies, and templates. Client receives usage rights for delivered creatives and campaigns as per contract.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRDS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction.
